New York State requires that your vehicle is inspected every year to make sure it’s safe and passes state emissions standards. Inside of your windshield there is an inspection sticker showing the month it expires, this way you can give us a call in advance to make your appointment before expiration. Be aware of this deadline to avoid getting citations! For most vehicles, an inspection takes 30-60 minutes and for those less than two years old, the inspection process is very quick.
What Do We Check During An Inspection?
Our expert technicians take a precise look at your steering, suspension, lights, glazing, tires, wiring and switching, brakes, wipers, and horn, looking for signs of wear and tear that might make your vehicle an unsafe presence on the road. For vehicles older than 2 years, an emissions test is also required.
